It is the interest of companies to work closely with universities to train their future technical staff.
The example of SIREA(*), established at ITC in 2018, is significant:
SIREA provides technical equipment, expertise and know-how (trainings). The company covers small expenses of students projects.
ITC provides the premises and ancillaries. Lecturers and students bring knowledge, workforce and produce outcomes
Knowledge flows and asset flows are generated for the benefits of both parties.
It is an important mission of forica.org to promote this type of symbiosis, not only in industrial fields, but also to sustain health, environment, agriculture.
When forica.org receives a donation from a company, the fund is committed to using this money to develop the field in which this company operates: digital, energy, environment, agriculture, health, ..., mostly in the context and projects and in form of:
support for student projects either as part of their studies or in the context of challenges at country level
specific vocational training
scholarships and stipends for particularly deserving students
Forica.org regularly informs the partner company about the projects and communicates on its website and social networks.
The company has access to the research and innovations produced by the collaboration, but, above all, it establishes a link with students even before they obtain their degree and has the ability to recruit the smartest and the more motivated ones.
Last but not least, because forica.org is a French non profit organization, a French company investing 1000€ in forica.org will be refunded 60% of the corporate tax (600€).
